I am bored = Let's EAT!
I am depressed = Let's EAT!
I am confused = Let's EAT!
I am waiting for so long = Let's EAT!
I got good marks = Let's EAT!
I got bad marks = Let's EAT!
I am tired = Let's EAT!

So what to do?
Get a friend. Someone you can talk to. Someone who can say, you really don't need to eat right now. And drink LOTS of water. It fills your tummy and Cleans your body.

There is nothing wrong in eating but over-eating is an issue. So call a friend :-)
